Host Cancellation Policy
This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 72 hours of booking (Unless booking within seven days of the day of your arrival).
A 25% deposit is required in order to confirm a booking. The final balance of the total cost of the booking, including but not limited to accommodations, outfitting, services and extras, is required 30 days prior to your arrival date. If a booking is made less than 30 days before your arrival date, full payment will be due immediately when making the booking.
If you cancel within 72 hours of booking, you receive a 100% refund from host. However, if you book within seven days of the day of your arrival, no refunds are available, regardless of the 72 hour window. No other refunds will be given outside of 72 hour window. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the day of your arrival, you will receive a credit in the amount of your host deposit to be used toward a future stay at one of the Hosts properties occurring within one year of your original date of booking. If you cancel within 30 days of the day of your arrival, you will receive no refund and no credit toward a future stay.

Closer to Home Cabin
The house was beautiful. We had a few issues, but enjoyed our stay. It was freezing the week we were there and the beds didn’t have the quilts on them as shown in the pics. They all had super thin blankets, seemed like what usually goes under the top comforter. We requested more blankets and they were brought to us promptly. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn’t work and the fireplace In the main living room had an issue where it wouldn’t stay on. We reported it and a tech came to check it out but it was a part that needed to be replaced that he didn’t have. We had 9 people but the kitchen only had 8 forks so one of us always had to eat with a spoon. Overall it was a good property but could use a few fixes.
Very nice place!
Very pretty cabin. Nice view. Comfortable. Didn’t have the gas grill that they said it had but everything else was good. Enjoyed relaxing there.
Very cozy place
The house was beautiful with lots of wonderful amenities, There was plenty of room to rest or play and the decor was so cute and cozy. The reason we gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the housekeeping was not that great, while we had clean bedding and towels in abundance, there were dirt corners in the showers, cobwebs, the top of the trash can was sticky and things had not been dusted.
