Host Cancellation Policy

This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Unit Pet Policy

Dogs are allowed only in properties that are designated "pet friendly". Further, each/all pet policies for individual properties are subject to change without notice.

A maximum of two (2) trained, mature, dogs are permitted in "pet friendly" properties. Pet owners will be financially responsible and liable for any/all damages, injury (including any injury to the pet(s), and all extra cleaning, pest control, or replacement costs for furniture, fixtures, or equipment.

Having a pet in a property that does not allow pets is grounds for immediate eviction without a refund. The only exception is for ADA (American Disabilities Act) qualified animals. Additional information upon request. Guests are subject to forfeiture of their deposit/rent and immediate eviction if previously undisclosed animals/pets are found on property.

Cozy Yet Spacious

Spacious yet cozy, clean, comfortable. Great location and proximity to all that Gatlinburg offers. Hot tub deck views that can't be beat.

Hidden Gem

What an amazing place! Very clean, comfortable, peaceful cabin in great location- close to town and beautiful hiking trails. We had four children and they had a blast having their own space downstairs. Looking forward to staying here next year.

Great views, feels like home!

Not going to lie, the drive up the cabin was a bit unexpected. The roads are SUPER narrow is some spots and I was not prepared for that. But once you get to the cabin, it made it all worth it. Great views of the Smokies! The cabin felt like home. The kitchen was perfect to cook dinner in and serve the group! Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are firm. Great wifi connection too! Overall a great stay! Can't wait to come back!

Great experience

The cabin is beautiful and the location is great! Perfect size for a large family and the service was good too! Will definitely recommend this cabin and will stay here again next year!
