Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Great Cabin!
The cabin was great for our group. The kids loved the upstairs! It was nice for them to have their own space. The game tables were fun. Being able to walk up to the pool was very nice.
The air confectioner stopped working one day of our stay and within a few hours was fixed with just a few text needed to explain the situation.

The cabin was excellent. From the moment we walked in it felt like home. Even for a week it was just what we needed. The beds the view the comfort.

Excellent Cabin Experience
This was our family's first time renting a vacation cabin and it was such a great experience. It was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with all items necessary for cooking, the air conditioning worked well despite 90+ degree heat, and the views were amazing. We didn't want to leave. We'll definitely book through Elk Springs again.
