"This cabin was gorgeous! The mountain views from the cabins living room windows and porch was spectacular! The movie theater was awesome!! Great surround system to sit on the chairs and watch your favorite movies or lay on the bed and relax. We loved going in the hot tub during the day and late at night. The cabin was really close to a lot of awesome attractions! This was our second stay with Elk Springs and it won’t be our last! THANK YOU! "

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Amazing Experience
We had such an amazing time! Can’t wait to go back! Description was exact. Cabin was well kept and clean. Check in and out was super easy. Very close to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. November was the perfect time for perfect weather, no crowds!

The cabin was great for our group. The kids loved the upstairs! It was nice for them to have their own space. The game tables were fun. Being able to walk up to the pool was very nice.
The air confectioner stopped working one day of our stay and within a few hours was fixed with just a few text needed to explain the situation.
