Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Almost Heaven = Memory Maker
We followed the "back way" directions to avoid traffic & I wouldn't do that unless traveling on a Friday/heavy traffic day.Elk Springs is much easier to find once you go thru Gatlinburg. With that said, that was literally the only negative thing.Large,Clean,Great Views,Hot Tub (is fairly small)/Sauna/Media Room/AirHockey/Pool Table. We vacationed with our 3 adult daughters & spouses(no children)& had a fantastic time.We called maintenance for a minor issue & the guy was there in 15 minutes.We were happy to have enough parking for 4 cars.

Elksprings is amazing. We had a hiccup with a place we were staying, and they were friendly and efficient. 10/10 would recommend if you’re in Gatlinburg that you should book your stay here!

This is our fifth time staying with Elk Springs Resort, and we will never book with anyone else. They are organized, professional, and easy to work with, and all the cabins have been PHENOMENAL. Easy to book, clear and easy instructions for renting and checking in/checking out.
The location of Almost Heaven is convenient to all the fun but perfectly secluded. The layout was great for our multifamily crew. There was plenty to entertain everyone from small kiddos to adults. The mountain views were perfect. Love this company and loved this cabin.

Great Trip
This is my family and I second time renting a cabin from Elks! Let’s just say that we will be back next year. This is our next family vacation spot! The kids love it and the adults did as well.
Great Cabin!
We had a great time. Cabin was clean, spacious and had a lot of fun using the home theater, and hot tub. Ran out of time to play air hockey and pool,but nice to havethe option. Only real complaint is that it was a little bit far from town, but also like that it's away from the hectic strip. Love the seamless check in and out.
