"We celebrated our honeymoon 25 years ago in Pigeon Forge, so decided to go back for our 25th wedding anniversary. Chalet D'Amour was perfect for us - private, cozy and everything we could want or need. There are other cabins right next door, but honestly once you go inside you don't even notice them and have to make an effort to even see them from the deck. Hot tub was hot and clean and a great way to end the night. Pool table was fun and brought out our competitive nature after spending the days out and about touring the Smokies, shopping in Pigeon Forge and exploring Gatlinburg. We chose not to cook (highly recommend Cherokee Grill in Gathlinburg for a steak dinner), but the kitchen was clean and modern and would've been welcome if we had brought our family. Very close to the Arts & Crafts community which was great. Quiet -not sure we ever heard our neighbors at all. This cabin does require the ability to go up and down stairs. The king size bed was not the most comfortable and the pillows were too soft, but otherwise, everything was exactly as described. The 18ft Shower was honestly a bit cold by the time the water made it down I think, so not sure that's as much of an attraction as it would seem. Our door lock battery died while we were there. I sent a text to the property manager, and the entire unit was replaced within 2 hours. Responsive and quick service. Definitely will return and recommend to anyone looking for a secluded getaway in the Smokies."

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

The cabin was overall a wonderful experience. Just a few suggestions for the furniture layout of the master bedroom. I would have moved the bed closer to the opposite wall from the jacuzzi heart shaped bathtub, to give the guest on that side of the bed more room to get out of bed. And to allow for the placement of a bedside table for the guest on that side of the bed. Also, I would add some sort of a cabinet table next to the sink to put toiletries etc..
Great Stay!
The cabin was lovely and exactly as pictured! Fantastic location - very private, but not entirely secluded. Stores for necessities/groceries are within a short driving distance, it's in the heart of the arts/crafts loop, and also close to both explore the trails in the Smokeys and the main drag in downtown Gatlinburg. Elk Springs Resort was incredibly easy to work with, from check in to check out. A great stay and would absolutely come back!
Quiet Peaceful Cabin
Our cabin rental was excellent. It was clean and spacious, with plenty of privacy despite having another cabin close by. We loved having a quiet retreat to head back to when we were done with our daily activities. The full kitchen was welcome as we usually prefer to do our own cooking rather than eating out. We also found that having a washer and dryer were an excellent benefit that we had not considered. We were able to go home and just hang up our clothes rather than running laundry for a day or two after the trip.
Overall we feel we made the right choice in rental and would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area.

Cozy Cabin Getaway
We had an amazing time. The house was very clean, and offered many amenities. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was amazing, it was located in a nice secluded area even though there were other houses around.
