Cactuses and spaceships on the walls, along with globe lights and a brighter-than-bright menu, all add to the experience. With fast and friendly service and piping-hot food, nothing will detract from your meal.
If you’re into smash burgers, then this is the place for you. Essentially, a smash burger is a burger with the same bun, fixings, etc., but with a twist on the patty. Rather than being pre-formed and cooked, the burger meat is instead dropped right onto the grill and “smashed” in place with a spatula (hence the name). The result is a thin, well-done patty that is crispy on both sides. While it isn’t ideal for those who like medium-rare, it’s the perfect option for anyone who likes crispy, juicy, beefy flavor.
The restaurant is open from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM, so it’s ideal for grabbing a meal out any time of day. The wait is usually reasonable, although it’s so yummy it has become popular during mealtimes. You might want to arrive before you’re starving!

That’s correct, The Corner Diner has somehow managed to fit two American favorites into one delicious dish.
