Pigeon Forge Deli is a real Mom and Pop shop. It was started by a couple who had a dream of making the best deli sandwich in town and who share a commitment to creating fresh, flavorful food that is made with love.
The foundation of any good sandwich is bread, and Pigeon Forge Deli makes its own bread from scratch every day. There are sub rolls, pretzel bread, and honey whole wheat bread, and you can get gluten-free bread here too. Almost any menu item can be made gluten-free — the exceptions are pasta salad, open-faced pot roast sandwich, and meatball sub — which makes this a great option for folks with dietary restrictions.
No stop at Pigeon Forge Deli would be complete without a soft pretzel. Made to order, these pretzels come oversized and dripping with butter. Gild the lily by choosing dipping sauces, such as caramel or marinara. Pretzels come with sweet or savory toppings.
A few of our menu favorites at Pigeon Forge Deli included:
Ultimate Reuben
Made with corned beef, Swiss cheese, bacon, sauerkraut, banana peppers, and their secret Reuben sauce, this is a crowd-pleasing favorite.
Pot Roast Sub
An American classic with a twist, this is among the most popular sandwiches they make. Tender, melty pot roast is served with caramelized onions and Swiss cheese. Or you can get the pot roast served open-faced, where it comes with mashed potatoes and chuck roast on white bread.
Meatball Sub
Tangy tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and hearty meatballs on a doughy sub roll — it does not get better than this.
Chef Salad
For a lighter dish, try the Chef Salad, which comes with ham, cheese, olives, turkey, tomato, lettuce, and croutons.
Homemade soups
Add a cup of soup to your sandwich or savor a hearty bowl of soup on a chilly day. Choose from broccoli cheddar, tomato basil, or chunky beef stew.
Fresh Pretzels
For dessert, a snack, or an anytime treat, try the fresh-baked soft pretzels or pretzel sticks. Pigeon Forge Deli offers several flavors of pretzel, which include cinnamon sugar, coconut glazed, garlic parmesan, and classic salt and butter. Dipping sauces include icing, caramel, and marinara.
Along with a traditional sub roll, you can get your sandwich made on pretzel bread or on gluten-free bread (for an extra fee).
“Not just good, but great” is their motto, and their sandwiches live up to the reputation. Do not miss out on this Pigeon Forge favorite!
