Crust and Crumb gets a 5/5 for atmosphere, warm service, and excellent food. A self-proclaimed destination for old-world artisan bread, Crust and Crumb seems to nail each menu item they serve. Sandwiches feature premium deli meats piled high on fresh bread. Bagels are hand-rolled and served fresh daily. Omelets serve up a hearty dose of flavor, and they’re always tender, buttery, and cooked to perfection.
You’ll find downtown Sevierville’s only full-service espresso stop here, as well, so Crust and Crumb is a natural stop if you’re hankering for a latte–and perhaps an eclair on the side.
Some of our menu favorites include:
The Manhattan
The Manhattan remains one of Crust and Crumb’s most frequently ordered menu items. Expect to take home leftovers; half a sandwich is enough for most. The Manhattan is the classic roast beef sandwich, executed to perfection. You’ll get 8 oz. of premium, freshly-sliced roast beef served on slices of freshly-made marbled rye bread, topped off with iceberg lettuce, mayo, and tomato.
The Spicy Italian Panini
Panini lovers, rejoice! The Spicy Italian knocks it out of the park with Bianca D’Oro dry salami, deluxe ham, and provolone cheese, along with mayo, roasted red peppers, and fresh basil served on grilled ciabatta bread.
Eclairs
Visitors to Crust and Crumb Bakery always comment on the eclairs, and for good reason: they’re as mouthwatering as they look! Crust and Crumb’s eclairs manage to be decadent but not too sweet, filled with an impossibly smooth, flavorful filling that pairs beautifully with a cup of coffee or tea.
Stuffed Omelet
Stuffed omelets are made to order and stuffed with ham, bacon, or sausage, then topped with your choice of cheese and served piping hot.
Espresso Drinks
Crust and Crumb’s espresso drinks include cappuccinos, hot or iced lattes, and frappes; they also serve brewed coffee and a mean chai tea latte. All coffee drinks are crafted using Vienna coffee products.
Crust and Crumb is located on Bruce Street in downtown Sevierville, making it a perfect breakfast or brunch stop before exploring the town’s other offerings. Parking can be tough; you might find yourself vying for parallel street parking or walking a block or two when it’s busy but you won’t find the same quality of food, service, and atmosphere anywhere else, so you won’t regret the extra effort.
Insider Tips:
– You might want to split a sandwich. Portions are very generous, and half a sandwich is enough for most people. Especially if you’re also enjoying a pastry on the side.
– New Yorkers have been known to say that Crust and Crumb’s bagels are the best south of the Mason-Dixon line. That’s some well-deserved high praise. Expect a wide variety of bagel flavors, each of them beautifully done and made fresh the same morning.
