Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

What A Nightmare!!!!
We had one serious problem after another! We had a house full of people for a wedding for an entire week and couldn’t even take a shower or wash dishes the last two days because no water pressure and the water was brown, please see attached videos. They came and fixed it supposedly and the next day there was no water pressure once again. We had rehearsal dinner and the bistro building and the AC broke and we were drenched and sweat, they came to fix that, but they didn’t fix it and we had reception cocktail hour the next day in the same building and still had no AC and all of our guests were drenched in sweat to the point. I had to go change out of my dress. They could’ve brought us a portable AC or window units but they didn’t. They knew we had a wedding on Saturday on the yard under the willow tree & they mowed the grass the previous Monday, 6 days before the wedding so we had 6”-12” of weeds to walk through. The brown water was so gross we were terrified to shower & wash our dishes. The stove & oven broke for 2 days, couldn’t cook for a house full, ridiculous!! The ice maker leaked on the kitchen 2 different times & the bridal room had water pouring out the ceiling the day before & day of the wedding. It was like we were in a bad movie! They didn’t even give me the extra $2400 I paid to rent as a “wedding venue” above & beyond the $11,000 we already paid to rent it. I hate to give bad reviews but this was insane & absolutely humiliating for all our guests & the wedding party that all stayed there. Do as you please but you were warned.I see it won’t let me attach videos...I wonder why!? ��
