Great Location For Dollywood. Comfortable; Needs A Few Upgrades.
Booking was easy as we have used Bear Tracts several times. The property is very convenient to Dollywood! Our overall rating would be a 4. The place was comfortable but it is past time for an upgrade to all the plumbing. Bathtubs don’t drain well, some toilets are stained. All bathrooms and kitchen sink need to be completely renovated. The hot tub jets didn’t seem to work properly either. The layout of the cabin was great. The furnishings were cozy and comfortable (maybe get new bed pillows!) The pool table and arcade games were fun to have for the evenings and the huge deck was wonderful to enjoy while having our morning coffee.
