Host Cancellation Policy
In order to purchase the cancellation promise, you must call the office no later than 48 hours after booking.
Our Cancellation Promise is an optional fee that enables you to receive a full refund, less the Cancellation Promise amount plus credit card fees, if you need to cancel your reservation.
To receive the refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 14 days prior to arrival for 1–2 bedroom vacation rentals, and 30 days prior to arrival for 3+ bedroom vacation rentals. In the event this is not purchased within 48 hours of the reservation being made, there shall be absolutely no refunds or cancellations whatsoever
