"The cabin was clean and in good condition. The only down fall was that you could not unpack the clothes. There was no drawers for clothes and the closet had no shelf and the rod was too close wall to hang clothes. It you don’t mind living out of your suitcase from the floor it works."

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Contemporary Cabin In The Middle Of The Smokies
Beautiful modern cabin, beautifully decorated. Maintenance was quick to respond to breaker tripped to the heated pool.
Garage Windows
Cabin was clean and nice Drive way was difficult to enter could not keep vehicle doors open without assistance from others. Suggest they make a flat cut out for parking area. A/C hot upstairs comfortable down

Mountain Mermaid In July
This is a perfect little cabin for 2 couples, not great for little kids. It was very clean and it is a good location for visiting both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, about one very curvy mile from main parkway. The pool is very small, but enjoyable. Improvements: There was no kitchen table, just bar seating. They were very skimpy on the concrete drive, it could be wider. Highlight: You may see bears, so be aware coming and going and don't feed them or leave food out.
