This cabin overall was really nice. It has pretty much anything you could possibly need, at least for your first night, except for your own food. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The pans and skillets were not very clean, but that was a fast remedy.
The game room was a big hit with our kids. Plenty of sleeping places and the beds were comfortable.
The hot tub worked as it should.
The view was really beautiful.
The experience was overall very positive. Off of staff was very fast to respond when I had minor issues. However, the cabin has a hole could use a good top to bottom style clean. My family's feet were absolutely black after walking on the floors for just a few hours. Big cobwebs and dust bunnies on light fixtures and curtains. We found some gummy bears on the floor in the game room that we did not bring.

It would be nice to have a trash receptacle with an It would be nice to have a trash receptacle with a lid at the property. Screens on the windows would also be really nice. Overall, very very positive.

This cabin was in a great location. The hot tub and game room were fantastic for my family! The bathrooms were a little outdated and the tiles had some cracks, all of which did not affect our stay or functionality of the cabin itself. We contacted the host several times and they responded very promptly. We had ample hot water when all 4 of us needed to shower back to back. The washer and dryer is convenient but it is a small compact unit. It is a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg and Sugarlands visitor center where great trails, food, and shops await! Drinking coffee watching the sunrise over the mountains on the back porch was an amazing experience.

Loved our time at the cabin. We are a family of 5 and it felt very spacious for our needs. I was looking for a cabin that had a gameroom to keep my teens entertained and the pool table, pinball machine, air hockey and arcades did the trick.
The beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, view from the balcony were magnificent and having multiple TVs was wonderful.

The location to activities was fantastic, and there is a food city nearby too.
We took advantage of the one free ticket per day, saving around $150. Unfortunately, on the last evening before checkout, around 6pm, I tried to.get a free ticket to the aquarium and I was unable to get the code to work. So I ended up having to pay for the tickets at market price at the aquarium.

Stayed with friends. Just the right size. Had a great time. We had everything we needed. A couple of issues that were addressed with maintenance promptly and professionally. Overall stay was a great experience. We even had black bear experience every day. Thank you.

Had a great stay in Heavenly Heights first two weeks of October. The cabin was clean and well maintained. We chose this cabin for the easy drive from town, nice view (not as great as a higher up property, I'm sure, but still wonderful) but mainly for the games for my kids (7 & 10). It did take us a few minutes to find the "on" switches, so would have appreciated instructions in the app (very top of the arcade machine, underside of pinball, side switch on airhocky w/ cord to turn on air on underneath). All machines worked great and lots of fun. The cabin was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Would have liked a Keurig, but that's personal preference. Hot tub and AC worked great. Only two issues were one of the front wooden steps were loose (just needs to be secured) and there was a small blood stain on a pillow case (like from a bloody nose). You could smell everything was clean, so I think the cleaner just may have missed it. There was plenty of pillows, so we just didn't use that one. Would not hesitate to stay here again. It was great to just arrive and have a code to enter. Only dealt with property manager prior to stay, they answered a few questions, but were very prompt. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The cabin was clean and nice. I was a bit perturbed because the hot water was terrible. We couldn’t all take showers one after another and even after sitting all night we could only manage a 6/7 min shower and when you have to wash your hair... it makes it a bit hard. There also was NOT enough hot water to fill up the jacuzzi bathtub in the downstairs bathroom. We couldn’t even enjoy a nice bath. Everything else was good. The hot tub was nice. I do wish that there was a bathroom that wasn’t in the bedrooms. With having a sleeper sofa and bunk beds it would have been nice to have a bathroom that they could use that didn’t require walking into the bedrooms.
