BIG BEAR FALLS is a wonderful custom-built two bedroom log cabin in the Great Smoky Mountains. Enjoy relaxation and and an UNFORGETTABLE getaway with your family and friends in this amazing cabin. BIG BEAR FALLS offers a fully equipped kitchen and 3 flat screen TV's for your enjoyment. Custom king log bed with gas fireplace and large Jacuzzi tub are in the main level master. There is another custom king log bed in the upper level master, outside on the covered deck everyone can enjoy the invigorating hot tub or shoot some pool in the loft as you enjoy the surround sound flat screen TV in the living room. All this on a private lot where you can enjoy the serene view of the Smokies!

This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.
