Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Spacious Cabin Close To Everything
We booked a last minute trip for a few days and loved the cabin. Tons of space for a large group, although there was only four of us. Very clean, well stocked, only thing missing was a hair dryer (I only noticed since my wife forgot hers). We enjoyed the pool and a huge bonus for us was the multiple layers of safety for small kids. We have a 2 year old and the door alarm, lock, plus water alarm made us much more comfortable having a pool on property. About a 15 minute drive into town, not bad at all. The Elk Springs staff was very kind and responsive. Great stay!
Great Family Vacation Getaway
Great clean and family friendly accommodations for our family of 14. The location was great and accessible to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville. Everyone loved the indoor pool. Thanks for the great memories!
A Week Away
We had a nice time but I had to call in the toilets had vomit in them when we got there, and someone was sick in the pool room also, the pool wasn't working right and I called in on that plus was very cold. The hot tub wouldn't go above 99 degrees.

Overall a good experience. Not happy that upon check in and walking into pool area my husband stepped on glass that had not been cleaned up & cut his foot. Cleanliness could have been better. On main level king bedroom, the ensuite bathroom water did not get hot in sink & shower.
