Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Perfect Stay
I truly enjoyed this stay . The cabin was nice and clean . The area was peaceful. My kids truly enjoyed the game room . The only thing I do suggest is for the grill to provide a cleaning brush so we can clean it very after . Other than that I definitely will be staying again.
Texas Peeps Enjoying Some Tennessee Peeps.
We had a great time, my daughter and son in law brought the granddaughters up from Mississippi for two nights, we celebrated my 55th birthday at Dollywood water park and the Stampede. They left and me and my other half went zip lining, road the roller coaster in Pigeon Forge, went shopping in Gatlinburg, went white water rafting with the Smokey Mountain Outfitters, and grilled some steaks on the patio. Relaxed in the jacuzzi. Just had an awesome time.... Best birthday ever. One suggestion for the cabin would be to hand some curtains in the living room, people are out walking and driving by and can look right inside your living room.

Upon arrival cabin is gorgeous but quickly fell apart as we noticed right away there's absolutely 0 mountain view it's all forest that was very disappointing as we would have definitely stayed somewhere with a view over this. Game room was great however we never could get the home theater to work I reach out to staff who responded quickly with a video to help but it still wouldn't work the sound bar would never come on so we didn't get to use the theater room cabin was clean and nice however there was some dirty dishes in the dishwasher not a big deal though. Something I feel should be made aware of the stairs are very slippery with socks within 24hrs of being there I slipped and fell down and entire flight of the stairs now I'm in pretty good shape for my age but I manage to limp around the next couple days with the family but come weds I couldn't stop throwing up and the headache was relentless I've since had 2 ER visits with having a concussion. So I was miserable and didn't get to do much but 2 days the rest I was in bed I'm still off work not able to drive ect. Wear yourself some nonslip socks!
Nice Cabin, But Would Not Rent Again
The cabin was clean and new; however, when the rental description tells you it is not on the main property- that is an understatement. We had family rent a cabin from them as well. We were 30 minutes from each other and our cabin was on an extremely dangerous barely one lane road, after many blind curves and hills to get there. There is also no cell service near the cabin. I just wish they had been honest about the location. It certainly put a damper on the trip. If you don’t need to be near anyone or anything, the cabin is nice. If you want to be able to easily get to a grocery store or restaurant- probably pick somewhere else. Our door lock also did not work, it took a long time to get someone out to fix it, but the man who came out to fix it was extremely nice and helpful. I will not rent from this company again.
