Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Family Vacation
We spent the week at this cabin with a group of 8 adults and 3 kids and had a wonderful time! The cabin was very clean, updated and we all had plenty of space to feel comfortable. There were great areas to gather when we all wanted to be together, but also enough space to always find some privacy or quiet when desired. Having 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms made things very convenient for our large group. The game room was also a hit and we loved that it was not near any of the bedrooms so that it could be enjoyed later at night without the worry of disturbing those who went to bed earlier. The view was amazing and we loved having morning coffee on the deck. Communication from the management company was clear, helpful and friendly. This was our first trip to Gatlinburg and we did a lot of research before selecting this cabin and were very happy with our choice!

A lovely 3 nights in a very beautiful setting with spectacular views Nice big family areas with lots of seating. The hot tub was actually hot and wonderful! We enjoyed the game room playing ping pong and pool. It didn't say but there were hair dryers in bathrooms so no need to pack those. Would have liked ceramic over glass coffee mugs but minor issue.

Amazing Long Weekend
We stayed at How Sweet it Is for a long weekend. The location was perfect distance to Gatlinburg downtown. The views were AMAZING with mountain views as far as you could see! We will definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was that the beds weren't the most comfortable. But otherwise, everything was in great shape.
