The living room offers a flat screen television and wood fireplace. The main level bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and bathroom with a standard tub/shower combination. The upper level bedroom has a Queen Size bed and bathroom with stand up shower only. The loft features a flat screen television, a futon for additional sleeping, and a foosball table. There is also free wireless internet!! The hot tub is in a private setting. This cabin sleeps 6, Pet Friendly, Non Smoking. Dogs welcome. Must weigh 35 pounds or less. Fees apply. Host Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you should need to cancel, please call our office with a 60 day notice and you will only forfeit half of your balance required to reserve.

Under the 60 day notice you will forfeit the amount paid.

You are responsible for the entire booking once your reservation has been made and confirmed.

SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Unit Pet Policy

Dogs are only allowed at pet-friendly homes. Dogs are the only pets allowed and must be registered with the office and weigh less than 35 lbs.

If a pet is found in a cabin that is not pet-friendly, you will be asked to leave the premises forfeiting all remaining rent and security deposit
