Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Hang Ten... Very Nice
My siblings and I enjoyed a wonderful 3 day stay and it was almost perfect! The only thing I could say negative about the chalet was there must have been critters in the ceiling that came to life at night! Otherwise it was a perfect place, location and so nice inside and out. We even had a visit from a mama bear and her 2 cubs.

We truly appreciated your cabin and the stay was wonderful. The one thing I would like to see you do if possible is to install bathroom heaters in the bathroom. The Mathers in the bedrooms. Cabin is located in beautiful location tree tops could have used a little bit of trimming for better view...view was still amazing. Hear alot of road noise from 321 and the foothills parkway.

Perfect Cabin For Our Family!
We very much enjoyed our stay! The views from the cabin were exactly as described. Being in Wears Valley is a family favorite. We will absolutely look at Hang Tenn again when we return to the area! All of the beds were super comfortable too! The Check in process was super easy and the staff with Elk Springs Resorts were very helpful with the couple of questions we had about the cabin.
