Great Family Home
The home is a great home located on a beautiful lot. The views are overlooking the mountains and valleys with no obstructive views. The home is in great shape and clean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The decks are large with great views, with a great area to congregate around the fire pit. The bottom deck has large swim spa that was enjoyed by all. The game was a big hit for the kids. The manager quickly responded to any questions and issues, and issues were resolved quickly. No shortage of bear sightings. We would highly this home to anyone.

Had an amazing time at Pine Top Paradise. The house is absolutely fantastic. Comfortable, clean and well-furnished. The kids loved the game room. The views are incredible. We had zero issues and would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!
The Perfect Cabin Does Exist!
Our family of 15 (8 adults and 7 children) just spent four nights in Pine Top Paradise. It was a Christmas gift to my family and was a bit more than I had wanted to spend; however it was worth every penny! We enjoyed the cabin so much and the kids were so happy to stay in the game room or the hot tub that we didn’t need to go out for entertainment. We hiked every day and then returned to the cabin to cook, hang out, and enjoy the views and being together. Definitely a five-star vacation in a five-star cabin!
Chaos With A View
This house was perfect for our group of 12. We had 6 kids and 6 adults, it had enough to do where we felt like we didn’t even need to leave the house. The hot tub and game room were a big hit with everyone, the buck shooter game and pinball game had a few issues and the management company was quick to offer someone to come out and take a look but since it didn’t impact our time we chose not to, hopefully they get them fixed. They provided a starter pack of cleaning necessities include laundry pods and there were coffee filters left behind from at least three groups. It was actually clean which can sometimes be hit or miss with such a large house! We would totally rent through Bear Tract Vacations again!

If I can make a recommendation, the refrigerator in kitchen needs reppaired, shelving broken. Oven wasn't heating consistently. Other than those 2 appliances it was perfection!

Snow, Snow, And Snow!
We loved this cabin! We had 2 families with 5 teenagers and it was perfect. Just enough room to stay together, the game room was perfect with Mario kart and pin ball, AMAZING hot tub! Kitchen is really well equipped with every thing we needed for all of our meals, plenty of blankets, it was a great weekend! If there is a chance of snow, make sure to get a bag of salt as the driveway can get a little steep at the top.
