Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Wonderful Cabin!!!
This place truly was a get away! Everything was very clean, just as described and the area is extremely peaceful. The proximity to the amazing arts & crafts community gives you something to do (should you be able to pull yourself away from the cabin) without the hustle & bustle of traffic. There are several very interesting shops & artisans that you would be remiss to pass up seeing. The only thing about the cabin we wished was different is that you couldn't adjust the heat in the pool room. I understand that it helps keep the pool warm but it can be a little stifling in there. Overall amazing & very relaxing stay

Great Stay At Blackberry Springs
We enjoyed our time at the cabin. Very relaxing. The cabin was clean and the pool with theater room was a nice touch. The hot tub was also nice & clean.
Excellent Time, Great Cabin!
Place was fantastic, very clean and in a great location! This was our second time staying with Elk springs and they do not disappoint. All of the instructions for the cabin were very clear and helpful. The pool and hot top were amazing, especially with the projector and sound system in the pool room. Will definitely stay with elk springs again in the future.
Relaxing Mountain Getaway
Blackberry Springs is a wonderful place. My husband and I enjoyed the pool and big screen tv. We relaxed in the hot tub and sitting on the deck enjoying the view. It is located in the Arts and Craft district away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg. We would definitely return.
