Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Had a great time.I needed the peace of mind .just next time I want a cabin that has a room big enough for the pool table it was tight fit other than that it was a great getaway

Fantastic
Enjoyable Experience/A few flaws
The express check in was great! Being able to go straight to the cabin was nice. The only real complaint I had was the carpets are stained in the bedrooms, and the hot tub quit working but they got it repaired quickly. However once repaired it took 9 hours to heat back up. Overall the cabin was clean, and we enjoyed our stay.
Ok - cannot get past the carpet that needs to be replaced.
Overall the cabin was fine. The carpet especially in the master bedroom needs to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned though. The light color is showing considerable use and has black streaks in places. The location is easily accessible to lots of local attractions but outside had an odor at times that was overpowering. Perhaps that has something to do with the proximity of Sevier County's solid waste site.
