Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

The house was beautiful and fit our needs with 24 individuals. And it was close to everything. Several individuals walked to local shopping.
The Pillars Is Worth The Stay!
The Pillars is amazing! Enough room to host a large family vacation. The kids love the theatre/game room. Everyone enjoys the outdoor seating with either the fireplace or if warm enough the sprinklers for the kids. The large kitchen is suitable for cooking meals for everyone. The view is amazing. We are repeat customers and will definitely return again.
Great Location
Location is perfect for this property and one of the main reasons why we stayed here. The house is huge and was extremely accommodating to our large group.
Rocky Top Vacation
Beautiful large home with accommodations for all ages. Spacious indoor and outdoor spaces. Management company was amazingly responsive to questions and minor issues we had. The day before we were given a check/in time, but on our travels there we were given a 1.5 hour delay due to cleaning. The house is large, so it is understandable they needed more time. Plan accordingly and be prepared for a possible check-in delay.

Great place for our family. Minutes from Dollywood, mountain coaster, the island, all the restaurants, as well as the traditional PF attractions. House met our needs and then some. We will definitely book this one again.
