Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

A Long Weekend Getaway
I found Elk Springs Resort Facebook page thru a search to find a cabin for a long weekend away. It was easy to navigate the page on there was a season discount for the cabin. Once we was there the cabin was easy to find, close to the strip,and had a beautiful view. The cabin was very clean. We enjoyed playing the video game system as well as a game of pool on the pool table. The hot tub was perfect in the evenings and the see thru fireplace from the living room to the bedroom was very nice. We will definitely consider this cabin again!

Staying at the cabin was everything we hoped for and more. The location was peaceful and private—perfect for a romantic getaway. The interior was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials, including a full kitchen that made cooking our own steak dinner feel special. The view from the deck was stunning, especially at sunset, and the hot tub was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring Gatlinburg.
We loved how close it was to town for wine tasting and other activities, but still far enough out to feel secluded and quiet. The hosts were responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. Overall, it was a perfect mix of comfort, privacy, and adventure—definitely a stay we’ll remember and recommend.

Great Cabin; Hard Bed
In every regard the management company, views, and cabin cleanliness met or exceeded our expectations. The bed is exceedingly hard, however. If you are not used to an extremely hard mattress, it will worsen any back issues that arise from hiking in the area during your vacation. I would probably recommend bringing a mattress topper or avoiding this cabin if you are not used to a very firm mattress.
