"We always stay with Elk Springs when we come to Gatlinburg. I took my wife for her birthday and we had a great time. I had problems with the grill the staff was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. Over all it was a great experience. We would most defiantly stay here again. Thanks Elk Springs Resort "

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great Stay
We had an amazing stay in this cabin as a family. Our kids loved the pool. And we loved how close it was to everything in pigeon forge.
Alpine Pool Lodge Stay
Very nice and clean cabin. Only complaint was the bed on the main floor was not very comfortable. The pool started messing up the day before we left, I called the office(very late in the evening), and she reported it to maintenance. They were going to come out the next morning to fix it and we were leaving. Very quick to respond to my call though. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this unit to family or friends. All amenities are within a few minutes drive. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait until next year to come back.

Our Week At Alpine Pool Lodge
We spent a lovely week at Alpine Pool Lodge. It was clean and well maintained. The private pool was awesome and we enjoyed the hot tub every evening, especially after or 5 mile hike in the Smokies! Would recommend this place to anybody and everybody.
Amazing Stay
We had an amazing time, the cabin was lovely and had enough space for the family, and plenty of things for everyone to do. From swimming to getting in the hot tub, playing pool, to just relaxing on one of the decks.
