Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

My family and I truly enjoyed this cabin. The rental company was so easy to work with and the cabin itself was amazing. Looking forward to renting again in the future.

Great experience
Our stay with Aunt Bugs
We all liked the cabin, there was plenty of room for all of us and the location was great. There were other cabins near but you could hardly see them and there was no noise problem. . We even had a fire in the pit out back one night. We were a little disappointed in the fact that the windows of the cabin were filthy dirty. In the day time it made for an awful view from inside the cabin. Also one of the blinds at the side window was torn and hanging twisted, again not a pretty sight. But when we come back to the Smokies our first call will be to Aunt Bugs.
Cabin was ok
The cabin was just ok Not quite as nice as pics show on line. Getting to it was a challenge to say the least. The dryer squealed so loud I was afraid to use it. Overall we enjoyed the stay but probably wouldn’t pick this cabin again
