Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

We totally enjoyed our stay in the Smokey Mountains! The property was clean and in order. We definitely will come back to visit at another time. Thanks for making our honeymoon an moment we will treasure for a lifetime.
The tucked away cabin worked miracles on my family
This cabin was perfect for my little family of 3 my daughter loved it as well and we felt safe since it was a gated community we had access to the pool and the cabin was clean and cozy. We were so close to everything that when they offered the cabin one more day we didn’t hesitate! The only thing was that we didn’t have access to WiFi but maybe that was a good thing since we clearly spent more time enjoying each other’s company rather than on the phone. I would recommend this cabin to anyone who’s looking forward to relaxing and enjoying the great outdoors.
Amazing
I loved this cabin. I thought that it was so nice that someone called me to make sure everything was ok. Even the guards at the gate was so nice to me. It was nice they had menus there for pizza from a place that delivered. Thanks again . I will be back.

Extremely happy with our stay, it was perfect enjoyed the fireplace, jacuzzi, pool table and the deck stuck into the woods out back but the most fun was getting a fire started in the fireplace the first night without matches or lighter, interesting ������♂️����. Also felt very secure and private since it was a gated community with no close neighbors ��
