Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Perfect get-away.
This is a cabin in the woods and mountains. There were a couple spider webs and wood bees making a mess. There is also plenty of notifications about the water. The place is great!
Mountain getaway
The cabin was just what we needed. The view from the back deck is breathtaking! It’s at the top of the mountain so the road is very steep. Great place would go back again.
Valentines Weekend
Cabin was perfect for 2 people,really cant complain about anything. Would recommend Aunt Bugs to anyone staying near Gatlinburg !!!
Romantic January Getaway!
We had such a wonderful time at Apple Bear View 116. It was exactly what I was looking for during this fun getaway. The cabin was so cozy, loved sitting with my favorite man by the fireplace place after a night in the hot tub. The kitchen had all the necessary accessories for us to cook our morning breakfast. The bed was very comfy! I did not want to get up each morning. We couldn't have picked a more perfect cabin for us. We will be back!
Beautiful View in Tennessee
Absolutely loved this cabin and my experience with the property management company. Everything you see in the pictures is what you get. From the immaculately clean interior, to the location and view, you will not be disappointed. The master bed was quite comfortable, the gas fireplace warm and convenient, the hot tub on the deck bigger than expected, and the location both private and conveniently located to everything you want to do during your getaway in the mountains. I can't wait to see the larger cabins and offer all of them to my travel clients. I'm so happy I found this rental company for future stays. I'm already planning my next vacation.
Aunt Bugs
I really liked the cabin. It was cozy. The only thing I did not like was the location, it was on a steep hill.When I called to see if we could move I was told no. We only stayed 2 night, but we paid for 8 days. There is no refund given for the days we did not stay. We looked around and found a beautiful cabin. It was so much better.
