"Plenty of room and very nice location, only issue was that the hot tub was dirty and had no chemicals, when I called they came right out and added chemicals. The house keeping needs a little attention with dusting and floor cleaning. "

Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.
This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

Birthday getaway with friends
The cabin was great, big enough for 16 people in my party! The parents had a chance to get away from the children and to play!! It was quiet and secluded, but close enough to the areas we wanted to go.
BREATH TAKING
My family and I had a wonderful time. The cabin was in a great location. The view of the mountains from the cabin was beautiful. We are looking forward to renting again.
2nd but best choice
We had originally booked a cabin that unfortunately burned to the ground. So on my quest to find another 8 bedroom cabin I came across Aunt Bugs. The gentleman on the phone was very courteous and willing to help find us a place. We were very pleased with the cabin appearance and the unique setting. The only suggestion I could make is to let the people have the detailed directions before arrival. We were not informed that this location could not be guided by a GPS. I did not get the directions until check in. Therefore I had to call each guest staying with us and read the directions to them as they wrote them down. Surely we are not the first to have this concern. Once we got everyone there we had a great stay. Thank you Aunt Bugs!
Great Vacation
We had a five day family get away for 19 people ages 10 months to 69 years. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The location of this cabin was perfect - 10 minutes to Gatlinburg (admittedly down very steep and winding roads, this is the mountains). Life of Luxury was very clean and had everything we needed. Strangely, there was one bedroom that had a key lock and, of course, one of the kids locked it. Someone was out within 20 minutes to unlock it. The free wifi rarely connected. It would have been nice if the meadow in front of the cabin had been mowed. Grass was too high for kids to play. The community pool was great, but the bathrooms there were totally out of order all during our stay.

Youth Group Getaway
We had a wonderful time at the cabin. Our check-in was a little stressful, but it was at no fault of Aunt Bugs. We were a late arrival and another party had taken our information from the box. The cabin was pristine, with a few minor inconveniences. We felt the property should be supplied with basic starters of some items, such as dish soap and pot holders. The key lock has some numbers that stick which made it difficult to retrieve the key when we arrived. The only other issue was the stove. We were cooking for a large crowd and discovered it does not heat evenly. An updated stove is highly recommended. Otherwise, the property was fabulous and we had a great time there!
