Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.
This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

It was so clean when we walked in. The beds were spotless and unlike any hotel the sheets smelled clean like fabric softer. All dishes were clean and included. My family had so much fun and the view was amazing. I highly recommend this cabin.
me and my family very enjoyed our stay we are 100% satisfied it was spotless inside and out and had beautiful scenery.
I looked at all the pictures before booking and it was beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice and I mean that in a good way it's not quite as big as it seems in the pictures but it's still a decent size we have a family of five and we are very comfortable I'm sure we could fit three to four more people if we wanted to. After we get here I wanted to see what other people thought and some of the reviews even though they gave good Stars they had negative things to say. I am not saying that they are lying but when we arrive this place was spotless there was no dust oh, no spider or cobwebs. It also had all the dishes and pots and pans and everything that we needed there are TVs in every room even the game room it has DirecTV oh, and DVD players with a little selection of DVDs. the deck outside is very big and wraps all the way around half the cabin the jacuzzi is very clean and set to a hundred degrees and perfect for night time. there are three or four citronella candles, I didn't get bit by one mosquito and I did not see one bug inside the cabin I was so happy I wanted to try and stay another night but it was already booked I'm from Michigan I'm just coming back to this cabin or any of Aunt Bug's Cabins would be worth the drive and I definitely will be coming back here maybe next time I'll get one further up in the mountain. Thanks Aunt bug my family very much enjoyed our stay and it was much needed and we'll be back again and we'll see you soon. Also I wanted to say that the staff was very polite and help if we needed anything.

Extremely satisfied with our stay at Wow, what a cabin! The property is close to everything in Pigeon Forge, comfortable and well stocked with all needs, this is our second vacation in this cabin, thank you!
Great Time
Really enjoyed our stay. Cabin was nice and very clean. It was like home away from home. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Wow, what a cabin!
This cabin was great. Definitely bring necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, dishwasher tabs, etc. Also, no large bowls available for food like salad or popcorn. Limited cooking pots & pans. Make sure you put key back in key lock box. The door handle stays locked after opening and I got locked out when taking dogs out at night. Had to wake others up to get in. Also, porch door does not latch without deadbolt so it opens on own. A previous guest must have been locked out and kicked door in as the door frame was cracked and the latch does not catch to keep closed. Other than that, the cabin was homey and perfect sized for our family. The driveway is very steep so be prepared that first time up it. Plenty of room to turn around at top. I had a small u-haul trailer and managed to turn and back it in without any issues. Sunrise and sunsets are beautiful from the porch. We did see some fireworks from Dolly land over the weekend just over the one mountain top. There are cabins on either side so it was like having neighbors. The one to left had a yelpy dog that was a little annoying. They also had an outdoor fire which was a little concerning. We were told no outside fires or use of fireplace during specific seasonal dates in our rental agreement. The staff at Aunt Bugs were fantastic. Always pleasant and helpful. I spoke to Jared the first day to review any issues (the door jam) that were found upon my initial walk through and Sara upon check out. Highly recommend this group. Hopefully we will be back to do this again.
