Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Girls Trip
Pros: the directions the back way was great to bypass all the traffic. The house was perfect size for us. Everyone had their own bedroom for privacy.The house was beautiful. The hot tub was nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pans and dishes we needed. The location was amazing so close to all the activities and attractions we wanted to do and the grocery store was right down the street. The pool was nice to take a dip after a long day of walking. Management was very responsive to all of our questions.
Cons: there wasn’t really a Mountain View. The trees have all grown up which blocked 99% of the mountains. The internet signal is too weak at times to enjoy streaming a movie.

Love Elk Springs
The price was right, plenty of room in the Mountain Theater cabin @ Sherwood. Beds were comfortable, location was great. Text reminders have been great both times.
Our Stay At A Mountain View Theater Lodge
I was blown away by the customer service of elk Springs resort during our stay! I originally had booked another cabin through a third-party website, and that third-party website stated the wrong number of bedrooms. When we got to our original cabin, we realized there were not going to be enough bedrooms for the number of people in our party. I called Elk Springs resort not even sure if they would answer because it was 830 at night. Samantha answered right away, and within five minutes, had us at an upgraded cabin with the correct number of bedrooms, that also had a game room in a theater room! I truly was expecting them to tell me there was nothing they could do because I booked it through a third-party website, but they went above and beyond to get us into a cabin that would fit our needs without paying any additional money, and they let us have a later check out on Sunday. Their responses were so prompt, they took care of us so well, and I cannot say enough about them. We will definitely be back!
Christmas In The Smokey’S
We have made so many memories staying in a cabin with Elk Springs for our family Christmas Vacation. They are easy to work with and never have to go to a desk/office to check in/out. If there are any issues you can easily text them and they would send someone out right away.
Great Fun Family Memories
It was absolutely wonderful!! My family had the best of times !! Our cabin was perfect !! We had everything we needed. As we entered , our cabin was perfectly clean. We highly recommend this resort to other families. Our favorite thing at cabin was sitting outside in rocking chairs, soaking up the perfect weather, falling in love with the view, and feeling relaxed as we rocked in those chairs.
