Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Looks just like the pictures! Wonderful experience, very clean, perfect location, the staff keeps in touch and always replies. Saw a bear! Highly recommend!
Magical Front Yard
We enjoyed this cabin - it was very clean and well kept up. The location was perfect and easy to get to the national park and town. The teens enjoyed the jacuzzi, almost more than the hot tub. The surroundings outside were gorgeous! There were some maintenance issues that would’ve been hard to catch unless you were using the item, and they were very responsive and handled them really quickly. We’d definitely stay again if we had the same number of people.
Cozy And Relaxing
Cabin was comfortable & convenient to Gatlinburg. We loved relaxing on the deck and listening to the creek. Clothes dryer was excessively noisy but worked fine.

This was a beautiful location to stay at the ambiance of the creek flowing under the bridge is very soothing and relaxing especially while soaking in the hot tub the inside was very clean except some small odds and ends but nothing that caused me to have any grievances the place was perfect for us we will definitely be returning
Great Place!
No complaints here! It's a great location and a great little cabin. It was us and my inlaws, so four adults and we took the downstairs bedroom and let the "grown ups" have the loft. I will say that if you are sleeping in the downstairs bedroom, the Jacuzzi tub is directly above you, and if the jets are on, it is LOUD. VERY LOUD. It probably louder there than in the Jacuzzi tub. That and the dryer didn't work, and I was freezing so I tried to use an extra blanket out of the closet and it smelled like people. We washed it, but had to hang it on the porch because the dryer would not rotate. We did report that issue so they have probably fixed it. All in all, we loved this cabin and will definitely consider it if we come back!
Beautiful Peace And Quite
My husband had just had 2 brain surgeries. I was looking for a place he could enjoy the view. Man did this cabin deliver. It was amazing having the creek right out the door. We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin and it's surroundings.
