Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Life'S A Bear
We have traveled to Gatlingburg 8 times in the last 25 years. We had yet to see a live bear in the wild until this visit. A mom and two cubs crosses the drive right in front of our cabin. The cabin. Was very clean and had been updated very nicely, since we stayed in it 16 years ago.

Life'S A Bear Cabin Review
This cabin was very well maintained! Very comfortable and cozy! The location was not far from the grocery store and restaurants. There is not much of a view of the mountain at the cabin, but we had a great time!

Nice, Clean And Quiet Cabin
Very clean. Responsive customer service. Secluded cul-de-sac. No real view of Mt. LeConte but still a pleasant setting. Nice cabin design. Bedrooms are quiet and dark for sleeping.
Loved Our Stay
We had an amazing time. This cabin was beautiful fresh clean anything you needed was there except salt and pepper sorry but we didn’t think to buy that at the store and we were disappointed when we cooked that there was no salt and pepper lol but my only other disappointment was, I didn’t see any bears. We will be back for sure.
