"The cabin was wonderful and had everything we needed for the week. We loved the wood burning fireplace and enjoyed a fire every evening. The mountain view from the deck was amazing and the location of the cabin was perfect. We especially enjoyed our visitors (bears) that stopped by 3 of the 6 days that we where there. I would definitely recommend this cabin and we will be back same time next year. We love Elk Springs Resort, they are very friendly and we love the discount they give to returning customers. "

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

The Perfect Vacation

32nd Anniversary Getaway
A real nice cabin with amazing views. The covered porch with fireplace was very nice. Enjoyed having coffee every morning on the porch watching the sun rise and having dinner watching the sun set. We were hoping to see a bear but no luck on that.Enjoyed the game room. Very quiet and relaxing and restaurants and shopping are near by. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The Perfect Getaway
The cabin was perfect.The view is unbelievable.And the highlight was a bear circled the cabin checking everything was an amazing stay.We will definitely be back.

Cozy Getaway!
Perfect getaway for relaxation! The cabin comes with a movie room, an amazing Mountain View, a hot tub, a massage chair and the shower is to die for. It’s also in a very convenient location where it’s close to everything, including downtown Gatlinburg! Highly recommend this spot!
