"This cabin was wonderful!! Such a relaxing place to go to after a long day in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We had a hiccup with the temperature of the pool and sauna but maintenance was quick to fix. The bed is so very comfortable! My husband said "it's very hard to get you out of that bed in the mornings". The location is absolutely perfect! I would reccomend this place to anyone!!!"

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great Experience!
Everything was great even our small maintenance issue was quick and well communicated. My only issue was the inside pool flooring...the bubbly concrete feel was a little weird but everything else was great

The cabin was great. We had a wonderful time. Peace and quiet. We didn't have to go anywhere. Everything was as described. The view was peacefully amazing. Thank you for a great time
Splish Splash
My wife and I spent a week at Splish Splash. The cabin was very clean, cozy, and perfect. The bed was very comfortable. We used the pool, sauna, and hot tub. All 3 were very clean. Overall, very happy with our stay. The drive to the cabin was very easy.
Husband And Wife Little Weekend Getaway
We loved every bit of the place. Me and my wife got to enjoy someone on one from the Jacuzzi to playing pool to relaxing in the hot tub!! The pool was a little cool but nothing that ruined our experience!! We definitely will be coming back!!
