"We had a great stay at Apple Blossom. Very clean and spacious for our party of ten. Great location. I got an alarm code in an email and in my app and it was wrong for half our stay. Our alarm was set off immediately and we had to wait for someone to be dispatched. It did not update with the correct code til later in the stay. We had one small kitchen item that was broken and submitted a request via app and it was replaced within a few hours. I would stay here again but my only suggestion is that there is no local contact. No one was ever at the front office. There needs to be a local number. We had to call several times to a 800 number and wait on hold each time. Not convenient for guests who need immediate assistance. The code for the gym also needed to be dialed in each morning and when given the codes, they did not work. "
