Host Cancellation Policy
This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.
Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
Dogs are allowed only in properties that are designated "pet friendly". Further, each/all pet policies for individual properties are subject to change without notice.
A maximum of two (2) trained, mature, dogs are permitted in "pet friendly" properties. Pet owners will be financially responsible and liable for any/all damages, injury (including any injury to the pet(s), and all extra cleaning, pest control, or replacement costs for furniture, fixtures, or equipment.
Having a pet in a property that does not allow pets is grounds for immediate eviction without a refund. The only exception is for ADA (American Disabilities Act) qualified animals. Additional information upon request. Guests are subject to forfeiture of their deposit/rent and immediate eviction if previously undisclosed animals/pets are found on property.

My Dream Vacation
Great. I was able have my adult grandchildren come on vacation with me and enjoy family time with them. They went into town during the days and toured Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge whereas I was not able to do so since I'm not able to do all the walking. I enjoyed staying at the cabin and enjoyed the peace and quiet and my alone time. this was my dream vacation. I hope to bring my entire family up for weekend soon.

My Dream Vacation
Wonderful. The cabin was gorgeous and clean. I enjoyed the front deck where I could sit and drink my coffee and listen to the creek trickle down through the woods while soaking up the sunshine . We had a beautiful view of one of the ponds. My adult grandchildren enjoyed the hot tub while having the downstairs to themselves.

Great cabin. Wonderful location, great little creek outside the bedroom windows. If you need anything for the kitchen you should bring it. This includes salt and pepper.
