This aptly-named condo includes a private deck and is conveniently located in downtown Asheville. It features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeping four. It is situated within the renovated S&W Building, which is a historic location that has been fully restored to accommodate modern guests. Downtown Asheville is right outside the front door with literally everything Asheville has to offer in close proximity. Parking is located in the Health and Human Services parking garage, which is located a block behind the building, so keep this in mind when booking.
Southern Gem also comes with a code for discounted tickets to the Biltmore Estates, which is one of the area’s most popular attractions. This apartment is located within the business district in downtown Asheville, in the heart of downtown. The overall design includes a touch of modern to compliment the old-world feel of the building, creating a desirable look of a historic loft, complete with exposed ductwork, brick, granite, tile, and hardwood floors. The S&W Building, where the Southern Gem is located, was constructed in 1928 and featured parapet tiles, green and blue, terra-cotta panels and beautiful arched windows.
